It’s so nice to meet you! My name is Megan Diaz, and I was born and raised in sunny Miami, Florida. In 2013, I moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida, where I later earned my Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Gainesville became home for 10 wonderful years — and it’s where my passion for real estate began.

While pursuing my degree, I began purchasing investment properties and became a landlord. I absolutely loved creating spaces for others to call home and seeing the joy that came with it. That experience sparked a deep passion for helping families not just find homes but own them.
