Let me start off by saying I have bought several homes and financed them in the past. I haven't always had a good experience with the financing process. So i was skeptical when a friend of mine referred me to Eric, because I knew what I nightmare it has been for me in the past. With Eric, straight from the beginning, it was different. He knew exactly what documents we needed to give him and what was going to be required to get it done. There was now bait and switch and his numbers were on point from beginning to end. We closed faster then I have ever seen before. In fact when he reached out to me to set up the closing date I couldn't believe it. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional he also really cared that I knew exactly what was going on throughout the whole process. I got constant updates from Eric, which I find is very important. I was also always able to get him on the phone if I ever had a question (crucial).
