Jason Shannon has closed over 2,000 home loans during my career.  I have the experience & willingness to provide my clients with a first rate, smooth & easy transaction.  I think my up-front nature & creative ability to find solutions for my clients is what separates me from other loan officers.  We employ a one on one, hands on style in our office, which allows our clients to work directly with one person throughout the application process, from pre-approval to closing.

I'm familiar with the Nassau, Suffolk and Queens county areas, having been a lifelong resident.  This firsthand knowledge of different areas allows me to better assist my local clients in finding the best overall deal for them.  With MLS access, I can quickly turn to this resource to have instant access to the various homes they may be looking at, & I have even personally found several of the homes my clients have ultimately purchased!

Buying a home is a complex process, with a lot of "behind the scenes" things that need to go "just right" for a successful & on time closing to take place.  With my years of experience, & close relationship with many of the area’s top Real Estate professionals, I'm often in position to offer my clients the best possible advice.

We follow the secondary mortgage market, & breaking economic news.  This allows me to provide crucial insight in regards to locking in the lowest possible interest rate.  By knowing when to lock, & how best to structure a loan, we have saved our borrowers literally hundreds of thousands of dollars cumulatively!
