Joseph Pregiato joined Contour Mortgage in 2011 as a Licensed Loan Officer. Although he specializes in Reverse Mortgages, he has expanded his mortgage business to include Conventional and FHA mortgage products in order to assist even more clients and help them reach their financing goals.
Prior to his career in mortgage lending, Joseph was a VP of Institutional Fixed Income for several depository banks, including Chemical Bank and Manufacturers Hanover, both of which have since merged with JP Morgan Chase. He also worked for Cantor Fitzgerald prior to 9/11/01.
Joseph is a Fordham University graduate and a resident of Westchester County. He is also a published photographer and enjoys motorcycling, skiing, and cooking as well.
