Brian Halloran joined Contour Mortgage Corporation in 2017 after working in the lending industry for the past 12 years. Brian has extensive experience working with first time home buyers and has in-depth knowledge of all loan programs including, but not limited to, VA and FHA that are available to all potential borrowers.
Brian is a frequent speaker at first time home buying seminars where he's able to educate the public on ways to improve their eligibility, financing options and credit repair. Brian takes a very personal approach to working with his clients and believes knowledge and communication are key to providing a rewarding experience in obtaining a mortgage. Prior to his career in lending Brian was a Senior Vice President for the American Stock Exchange in the Operations and Technology Division and played a critical role in co-managing the re-establishment of trading for the Exchange after the 9/11 attacks.
