Sal is a personal mortgage specialist with over 25 years of experience. He began his career in 1995 while working directly for mortgage companies that specialized in government insured loans.Through his experiences, he has built an outstanding professional reputation working with realtors, accountants and financial advisors. He and his partner have been recently nominated to be on the board of directors for the Queens chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals – NAHREP.

He is on his way to becoming a Certified Mortgage Banker, the highest professional designation that can be earned in the mortgage industry. His wealth of knowledge working with the Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Administration and Long Island Housing Corporation has helped him to secure both government and conventional loans for his broad range of clientele. He is considered an expert in all areas of mortgage financing – with more than a 1000 successful closings in his career.
