Contour Supports Long Island Charities this Holiday Season-and Always

Topics: The Nesting Blog

The holidays inevitably bring up the biblical adage, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Contour Mortgage recognizes and understands this, during the holiday season, and beyond.

Contour Mortgage has a deep and unwavering commitment to the Long Island community. It’s only fair: Long Island has been supportive of Contour, trusting us with the financial needs and utilizing our help and expertise in getting Long Islanders into new homes, refinancing older mortgage, building homes with our construction loans, paying down debt through consolidation, and more solutions that fit each individual mortgage need.

So Contour pays it forward. We work with a number of both national and Long Island charities that need our help, like PinkTie.org, the Testeverde Fund for Spinal Cord Injury, Harboring hearts, JETS of America (Joining Everyone to Share), Sugar Mutts Rescue, and Fact Breast Cancer Foundation. You can find us walking on Team LIL’s Kids for Alzheimer’s in honor of our marketing director Adam DeMario’s mother Lillian Marinconz.

It’s all part of the Contour Cares culture, whose philosophy states, “Be it through sponsorships, charitable giving, or volunteer work, Contour is committed to do our part in helping to build a better society for us all.”

We know that getting into a house is the building block to a thriving community. With each home purchase, roots are set down. These roots sink far below the surface, deep below the homes we live in, intertwining beneath until they become so intermingled with our neighbors that we can’t tell which belongs to whom.

Because we all belong to each other.

As you enjoy the blessings of the season, giving and receiving in turn, know that our Contour family wishes you a happy healthy holiday.
